Sick clownfish please help

Ah, so that’s key - if the dealers had corals, it wasn’t an acclimation issue. Sorry to have taken you down a dead end, not sure what else it could be. It does really seem that you inherited a problem with the fish from before you got it. Do you have a treatment tank available?
Jay
Yes I can get a five gallon set up tonight. Noticed something tried to take a pic but can’t see it. Her gills maybe look more red? but there are what looks to be white things attached to the inside of her gills? She is big normal anatomy? Do not notice the same on the smaller male. Only been in the hobby for a year

The white things you are seeing may be “Gill rakers”, take a look online for that term.
You’ll need to manage the ammonia in the small tank. You might consider giving the fish a five minute freshwater dip as you move it over. You can use water from your display. I would then consider treating with General Cure, can you get that?

Red = gill
Yellow = white things. They look much thicker and meatier than the filaments in the picture

heating water with airstone at the moment for a freshwater dip

Thoise are normal parts of the gills, however, if there is an infection associated with that area, perhaps they are a different color, making them stand out more?

Grabbed some general cure when the pet store opened water almost ready. Can I use general cure and erythromycin from API at the same time?

I’ve never mixed those two myself, but I do not know of any conflict based on their respective ingredients. It is always a good idea to monitor the ammonia level when dosing with erythromycin, it sometimes inhibits the nitrifiers

Can I add a filter sponge with some bacteria to an airstone or will these medications kill the bacteria and further pollute the tank?

The sponge filter will help. Weird thing about Erythromycin - sometimes it causes an ammonia spike and other times it doesn't, I can't tell you why, but that's why it is important to test the ammonia every day when dosing it, just to be safe.
