Their mouths look pretty beat up. Have they been fighting each other? Looks like bacterial infection may be setting in. Could be other issues going on at the same time too.
Were the clowns quarantined?
Do you have a quarantine tank set up?

They've been together for about a month. They've been getting along good, never saw them fighting or anything. I don't have a QT at the moment but can set one up asap if needed. Would just like to know what to treat with.

Do you have any formalin or acriflavine on hand? Giving the fish a bath using either one of those would probably provide faster relief than metro.
