This looks like velvet. You're going to need to get him to a qt asap. If you have ruby reef rally, you can give him a 90 minute bath and then transfer him to the qt or a freshwater dip for relief, and then treat him with copper power at 2.0 for 30 days in one qt or 14 days and then transfer him to another sterile qt. Brook is definitely possible, especially since it's a clown, but velvet can certainly look like that. I'd add the copper regimen to this as well to cover for that (or chloroquine phosphate if you can get it, which will actually cover both potential issues without the need for metronidazole)
