Sick clownfish!

Hey! I have this clownfish who seems to have a really bad illness. I need recommendations ASAP on what to do. His fins are all frayed and fuzzy, he is swimming pointed upward and almost like he can’t reach the surface, and he just stopped eating. General fuzzy appearance.

I couldn't tell much from the video, but maybe the resident medics can help.
If you can, try to post some larger (clearer) still images for them.

Video somewhat fuzzy. Can you provide still pics under white lighting?
I do see its tail is literally gone and points to aggression by a tankmate(possibly another clown?)
What other occupants in the tank?
How is fishs' breathing (labored or normal?)
Is fish eating ?
