Ammonia and Nitrites have been high for 2 days. Readings for Ammonia were 4 ppm. Readings for Nitrites were 1-2 PPM. Completed a 50% water change and added a bottle of bio-spira. Is my clownfish sick? My other clown is perfectly fine.

How longs the tank been up?
This has been a fish in tank cycle with 2 clownfish. 3 weeks and 2 days up and running. Ammonia and Nitrites have been very little to non-existent along the way until now. I have been testing twice a week. I tested for Ammonia 4 ppm and Nitrites 1-2 ppm and little to no nitrates as of 2 days ago. Today I completed a 50% water change and appropriately dosed bio-spira to the tank. Today is the first day I have noticed odd behavior and discoloration in 1 of the clownfish pictured above. The other is perfectly fine and seems to be doing well.

Why would you use 2 clownfish to start up your fish tank? There should be 0 ammonia if your tank is cycling properly. Nitrites are irrelevant in salt water. Nitrates should be present and increasing in number. With ammonia level at 4 those fish will suffer gill burns and eventually die. This is probably the odd behavior you are reporting now.

The best I can say to you cause I’m also fairly new is to get the fish out give to someone to hold on or back to lfs let your tank cycle because fish are getting hurt

Your clownfish aren't sick from a disease, you are poisoning them with a tank that has not finished cycling. It's probably too late to save them, but you should try to offload them to a friend/store until your tank is ready. Just be patient and don't rush your tank with cycling. I feel very sorry for all of the fish that suffer or unnecessarily die in this hobby.

Cycling a tank with fish is very common.

My other fish is 100% healthy and active
He was swimming in an uncycled tank with a high ammonia level. Perhaps he is stronger then the sick fish. Get back to us in a few days with an update. Sometimes the internal injuries caused by ammonia poisoning take a little time to show. Please don't add any more fish until your tank is cycling properly. Check your filtration and media. Add nitrifying bacteria and make sure they have something to colonize on or in.

Filtration and Media checked. 50% water change and bio-spira added today. Will give an update.
