I have a couple new clowns that are sick. When I got them in, they seemed fine. No signs of illness. The next day, they both had a single white bump on their right eye that made me think flukes. I did a fresh water dip but didn’t see any flukes come off. The bump DID go away though. The eyes became cloudy and I noticed the fins of one of the clowns were being bothered. I did another fresh water dip the next day to be sure and still no flukes. As of yesterday, they are in a hospital tank with General cure and Kanaplex. One seems fine. The cloudy eye is clearing up. The one with the fin issues doesn’t seem to be doing well. I’m not sure if it’s aggression or some fin rot. There’s also some odd pink spots that have shown up. The fish also seems to be breathing hard and took a minute laying on the bottom.

What could be the problem?

Sorry about your troubles. I am inclined to say early stages of brook possibly. Does the fish’s skin appear to be peeling or sloughing off in areas? I am having trouble viewing the video so I am just going off the pictures you posted.

The skin looks like it might be flaking off around the face. If it’s brook, what about the other fish? That one seems to be fine. The cloudy eye is clearing up and I definitely don’t want that one getting sick too. What is the best course of action for both?

Well luckily metro is the medication that treats brook and you're currently treating GC which contains metro.

Check out this thread on brook.

So a formalin bath is probably what I need to do. The problem is, there is no where close to get stuff like that. I’d have to order it and the soonest it would be here would be Tuesday

Okay how about seachem metroplex? Can you call and see if they carry that product?

Formalin is pretty scary stuff. There has been evidence that it can shorten the life of your fish. Consider a bath in Ruby Reef Rally.

Here's a link where @Humblefish discusses protocols for formalin. Starting at post #5

I was actually just reading about that. I ordered some. It will be here Tuesday. Hopefully they are good until then.

I just lost several fish to Brook and this is exactly my Clowns looked like the week prior to their demise. I attempted freshwater dip and I believe I was too late as the dip process itself was the end, if I were you Id look to treat immediately if you can.
Also be careful what you decide to use such as Formalin, Green Malachite and Methylene Blue can kill your inverts and corals. Ive read that the best all around is Acriflavin but Im also a super newbie at this. Best of luck.

I will be dipping in Ruby Reef Rally on Tuesday. These fish are in a QT. No fear of medicines affecting anything else.
