hi guys. last night when i got home from work my cream angelfish was looking very poor lethargic hiding in the rocks and head shaking when it did swim. after observing for a couple of hours it was getting worse not better and its face looked like it was covered in small dots almost like sandpaper.i jumped to the conclusion it was velvet and gave it a freshwater dip that seemed to perk it up somewhat. today i managed to get my hands on some cupramine and come home from work expecting a tank of dead fish but they are all happy as ever and the angel seems 90% better swimming around begging for food but still shaking its head a little bit. should i treat for velvet or am i more likely looking at flukes or something? after the effect of the freshwater dip im now considering either some flubendazole or doing hypo on the tank rather than the copper.other inhabitants are a valentini puffer flasher wrasse and coral goby.parameters are ammonia and nitrite 0
nitrate 10
phospahate .3
alk 8
ph 8.1

Velvet shows rapid breathing and hovering in water flow. Ich has the classic white salt spots, while flukes have more generalized symptoms; tattered look, flashing, cloudy eyes.
The FW dip can provide temporary relief for all three issues. Hypo will control flukes and ich but not velvet. Copper doesn’t control flukes.
