This is a picture of a friends Emperor. Not sure what disease this is. His description is that its fins are lifted in spots and swelling has gone down but still looks pretty bad. Sores are not showing flesh. Any ideas and remedies? Thanks.

Looks beaten up a bit. Is he alone? How's the water quality?
