It looks like Turbellarians to me (Black Ich) but it is hard to see with all the blue lighting.
Can you look through this and see if it matches?

Some Unicorn Tangs have dark spots on them.

But then in the last photo, I wonder if all we're seeing is HLLE

I was looking more at the Foxface. To me it looks like it is covered in little black dots.Some Unicorn Tangs have dark spots on them.

Assuming that the crosswise ridge above the tang's eyes is its "horn" starting to grow in - I'm looking at the raised white bumps on its nose. Possibility that it crashed into the rockwork? Have these guys recently been treated for anything? Were they quarantined before being placed into the display?
Those bumps don't look like ich or velvet, but possibly like what might be a reaction to copper treatment?
