I got a six line wrasse last week and got home to him stuck to the filter barely moving plus some odd stuff all over the tank. I haven't treated him at all yet but I have copper and prazipro on hand.

Any help appreciated

Why do you think it's sick? Getting stuck in filter could because of high suction/flow of the filter. Any other symptoms?

You need to take a close up shot. Is it eating anyhting? Flashing/rubbing itself againt pvc pipe/pump etc? Wrasses don't get ich quickly but are not entirely immune. In any case u need to get a close up pic if u can without forcing it out of hiding. Let it settle a bit. Keep the lights dim.once it starts swimming then take a pic.

If u can find baby brine shrimp (live) from an lfs then get them. If u can make it start eating it will be more comfortable. maybe the spots are just stress reaction.

It was swimming really well and eating frozen shrimp about 30min before I found him stuck to the filter which I'd rated at 80gph which I don't believe is too strong plus the tank was spotless and there is now what looks to be his scales all over. I checked and there is close to no ammonia or nitrites. And salinity at 1.025

Ammonia has to be zero. I would put an air stone instead of a wavemaker. Air stone will keep moving the water enough for such a small fish.
Btw I don't see any white spots related to ich/velvet. May be the pic is still dark.
Use burst mode to take some pics. If u have melafix then add half the dose as suggested and aerate the water. Methylene blue is said to cause relief as well but I haven't used it myself.

Thanks for all the suggestions, he is currently upside down but still breathing. I won't be able to get any new medication until tomorrow when the LFS opens. Hopefully he makes it.

That's not good at all☹️
I hope he makes it too

Hes prob a goner. Imagine being stuck to something thats pulling you're oxygen straight out of you. Its nothing to do with disease.
