Sick mushroom?

Can anyone tell me what might be going on with this mushroom? The spots showed up yesterday morning, and only thing I can find by doing some online research is the possibility of to much light.
I have two hydra26 lights, mostly blue spectrum that tops out at 45% during the day. Red, green, and white are all below 10% lights are on for 12 hours including ramp up and ramp down. Salt is 1.024

By spots are you referring to those white things in the middle of the mushroom? If so those are mesenterial filaments. Basically the corals guts. Sometimes these are used to sting nearby corals, other times they're used to capture food. Seeing these every now and then is really no big deal though, but definitely keep your eye on the coral. If things don't change in a day or so then you might have to make some changes. GL.

Good to know, I had no idea this was a thing. I’ll keep an eye on it and see if it improves
