Sick naso!!!!!

My Naso Tang is looking awful. His tail looks as if something is eating it and his skin is super spotty and the worst is his eyes are cloudy. Any help please?

120g w/40 sump w/ refugium. Water testing in normal perameters. He has seemed sick since a day ot so after we brought him home.

try a good freshwater bath and see it he improves
if so its not water problems
prazipro will work but slow
formilln dips are good but maybe to strong
fresh water bath for several days and a hospital tank with copper

To late. He just died. he never truly looked healthy. What should I do to treat my tank? I don't want to loose anymore fish. (I do have corals)
