We have had our Trigger (Mr Eko) for about 8 months. Our tank is 2 years old and well established also no other fish are showing signs of illness. Two days ago we notices white under his mouth and down his belly. Today he almost looks like he is peeling. We do have a couple sea anemone. He is eating but not as much as he did before the white belly showed up. Does anyone know what this might be?

This fish is suffering from a Bacterial infection likely associated with the follwing:
Water quality
Type of Water
Nutritional deficiency
Low oxygen levels

What is your tank temp and salinity
Salinity
Age of tank
Are you using tap or RO water ?
What are you feeding?

Alternate between Reef frenzy, shrimp, seaweed, flakes, and oysters.

no other fish are showing signs. Shrimps, crabs, and anemones all look good.

I'd recommend a water change and treat with Melafix which is excellent for skin issues

Food. . . . Add : LRS reef frenzy, flake food, Spirulina brine shrimp, mysis shrimp and plankton. ADD garlic extract and selcon vitamins to the food to assure its getting adequate vitamins.
