I have a new clownfish pair that is getting settled in. Tank cycled for two months, the pair has been in the tank about 5 days.

Is this ok? I know white is bad, but this is a more normal color. Just a biiiggg dookie. Otherwise, she's moving a little slow and eating like normal.

Parameters:
0 ammonia
0 Nitrite
20 ppm Nitrate
Temp - 78.3°
PH 7.9

API test kits. I ordered better ones but they aren't here yet.
Face came that way from LFS, but I agree it is mishaped. Is that something I need to fix?
Tank is about 2 months and a few weeks. New.

You can't fix the face... that fish should have been culled and never sold. However, as long as it can eat normally then it is just cosmetic.

The poo looks brownish.. could just be stress related or intestinal irritation.

Unfortunately as stated , This is a deformity. The fact that it eats is positive.
How and how long was tank cycled ? As you may know, API kits are notorious for false readings and your levels are likely higher. You can until your new kits arrive take a water sample to a trusted LFS that does Not use API kits and see what levels they come up with.

I did a fishless cycle for a bit less than two months. I used Microbacter to get it going and then let it run for about 7 weeks. I saw all the spikes and decreases I was supposed to. Once it could process ammonia in 24 hours and I had 0 ammonia/Nitrite readings is when I added fish.
I hadn't thought of having a local store test my water! I'll do that tonight and see what they get.
