Sick purple tip Anemone

I purchased a purple tip anemone 9 days ago. It is open. Boot is orange. The problem is that it is lying on its side. It is not attaching yo anything. It has rolled to a shady corner of the tank. What should I do? Should I use a normal plant grow light on it while it try’s to heal in this shaded corner?

Welcome! Typically they need established tanks with good lighting. If its hiding from the light, may need to acclimate it to the light.

I would Not use a plant grow light to substitute light. My 240w lights throw down 700 par at 30" of the wrong spectrum for coral.

Yes several times. It finally ate once. Very slow but it did eat. A couple days later I tried again. It just sat on it for a while until it just let it go

Yes. They are all good other anemones are doing very well
