Sick Royal Gramma - CP or Formalin?

He's in a 20 gal QT with a Midas and Alleni Damsel. He's been there for 3 weeks with only minor displays with the Damsel here and there, and it's always the damsel that back off. Having said that, I wonder if thats a bite mark on the top of his tail fin. He also has white dots all over his fins and around his face, and some on his but to a lesser degree. His scales also look rougher than usual if I get an angle looking down his body.

I just dosed CP last night because I only had CP amd Prazipro on hand. Any thoughts on what it is? Should I pick up some formalin. This is my first QT and I have minimal experience diagnosing/treating fish.

I’m guessing ich or velvet with a bacterial infection.

Looks like velvet from what I can see. Pic is very hard to see.

CP should take care of it if it's velvet.
