sick tang... Ich?

It really doesn't look like ich. These spots are bigger than what I have seen as ich. Also, they have not fallen of as ich usually does. Now that I'm uploading the pictures they seem dark on my phone. If I need to increase the brightness let me know.

Yes. The spots I'm talking about are on the very edge of the fins

The spots are only on the fins... The one picture that looks like its on the body is trash in the water floating by the fish.

Also, this fish is currently being treated with paraguard, which has seemed to have no effect

I'm not sure what it is but I've never seen ich be that isolated in terms of area or in such a straight line like that.....

I think it is just damage. I have seen this before on my tangs and it just goes away in time. No other fish are ever effected. I think they just scrap their fins going into the live rock

You could be right.

Whether it be lymph or just damage the treatment seems to be the same.... Time.

Brine shrimp, Frozen red cyclops, Fish eggs, Oyster eggs, Golden pearls (all sizes), Broccoli, carrot, Garlic, Selco, Astaxanthin (Haematococcus pluvialis), Beta-meal (Dunalliella Salina), Freshly harvested rotifers, freshly hatched baby brine shrimp.

Agreed, and very common from having fin spines go through to fine of netting mesh and removing flesh. Better or Collection nets have larger mesh size and much less damaging to Fish in general than Aquarium Hobby Nets. I use a net as little as possible in handling fish and typically just capture them with then use my hand to carefully pick up and transport to different location/QT.
