Notice my rastas are close and with a white dot in the middle ...should I be concerned? Or will it eventually go away?

Just looks like their normal closed position - I think the white "dot" is actually the lighter flesh from underneath the lashes meeting in the centre xx

I never seen it on them before, started on one about a week ago and seems like its happening to them all now

the white dot on the polyps are usually bleaching happening, but your zoas have long stalks like they are reaching for more light at the same time...
I do NOT like LED lights for this reason,,hence why I asked what kind of lights you are using first..
"SEEMS" like the zoas are getting too much light but not the right spectrum of light too..
White spot---Bleaching
Long stalks ---inadequate light /wrong spectrum
Flow and nutrients are another possibly issue but looks your problem is light related..
T5/MH are the proven methods over time for corals,,LED save your money for the light bill using T5/MH verses some under par overpriced equipment that has more user toys for the human owner verses produce results in your corals..
Each to their own is all I got say..
Im not going to feed the monster to debate the LED light conflict...Manufacturers of LEDS are putting diffusion covers on their light because they now they have a problem and plus are trying to mimic T5/MH coverage and spread...
Its obvious..

I'm eventually going to switch to t5 but for the moment I have to stay with these leds....know of any forums or sites that show what spectrum I should keep led lighting at?

I have no history with LEDs but just what i see and read hear on the forum of the common numerator with LEDS verses T5/MH..
Grandis is the person to talk to,, he probably be best to help you between the differences of the pros/cons of the different light options for zoas atleast..
he is a member that frequents the zoa section here..
