I filled out the online form during the allotted time period but never got an email on Saturday 4/9. I made a purchase on Sunday 4/10 and only got my usual preferred reefer 5x reward points. Did I miss something?

Another thing, I've been getting BRS "Rate your reef gear" emails, a gift code to take $5 off my next purchase of $50 or more. Well do those codes only work when I make a product review? Because none of the codes have worked for a long time.

Hey there powers2001! I've looked into it a bit, and I think there may be a few reasons why the code isn't working. MAP items such as Digital Aquatics, Ecotech, AI, etc are excluded from the codes since we simply cannot reduce their price. One other thing to keep in mind is that the codes are a "one time use" coupon. So if you have used one once before it won't work again.
