Silent air pump for small QT/ TTM

I will be setting up a 10 gallon QT. I am looking for a cheap air pump that is really quiet (quiet enough to have in a small bedroom). Any advice?

Right now I have the whisper pump that is shaped like a bell. It is too noisy. I’ve read the Eheim air pumps are quiet, but they are $40. I would love to find a pump that is less than $20 and also silent. Is this possible?

Thats a big ask. What one person thinks is silent another person will think it too loud.

Would be best to run an airline to the tank from a pump installed out of the way where the noise would not be an issue. I use to run a piston air pump in the basement for a wood air stone skimmer. Just ran a air line up thru a vent in the floor.

The aPump air pumps are pretty quiet. Nearly Inaudible.

Would love to do that but in a 1 bedroom apt I am renting running an airline from a basement is impossible! The place is so small that I can hear the pump from my living room. One day I’ll have a bigger place that will let me do things like that.
