Triton said I have too much silica. I know it’s true because of the lovely brown diatom bloom present in both my tanks! Can someone tell me the most common cause of high silicates, and more importantly, how to get rid of it.

Yea.... I’m gonna have my RO water source tested. In the meantime, how do I get rid of it?
