Hello
i just received the results of my icp test, and i am very happy to see that everything is in the green. so all my parameters are good, except for the silicates (si) which are tothe roof. (1010.00ug/l)
which explains the diatoms I've been seeing lately
I think it could be my ro-di because I didn't notice that for some reason my DI resin wasn't changing colors, I decided to change it anyway, and I immediately saw the difference with the new one that changes color faster.
Or, I read that some GFO could release silicates.

Anyway, tomorrow I'm going to buy a silicate test, and I was wondering what is better to lower it, Rowaphos or Phosban?
thanks for the suggestions

I think the best way is to control it with your RODI and using filter to eliminate silicates.
