Silicon Caulk

Does anyone knows where I can get silicon caulk for aquarium use?

Pretty sure you can find it by some of our sponsors BRS, Premium Aquatics, Aquarium Specialty.
Some using the HD silicone I but I'm not sure about that.
What is it that you trying to do with it?

Just make sure its fully cured before you start to add water.

I have a Marineland canister filter and the O-ring has flatten out and causing the canister to leak. I called Marineland and was told that could be fixed by adding a bead of silicon along with the O-ring.

What canister filter? There are replacement O rings available for most filters. Have you tried a search on line using the model number? i.e. https://www.amazon.com/Marineland-PR11942-Aquarium-Replacement-Canister/dp/B0027JA9US

I think you can buy a new O-ring in this case but silicone will work too.
