Maybe not a tank emergency, but not sure where else to post.

I've noticed some silicone damage, didn't think much of it. It's been several months since I noticed, but nothing has happened since then.

Today I noticed one of my bulkheads had a lot of salt creep on it... so I'm guessing it's been leaking at a very slow rate. I'm sure it's best to replace it, but is it something that is going to cause extra pressure on my glass/increase my risk of a tank getting destroyed?

The blue lights are making it hard to view the silicone damage. It's really only the silicone that's directly between the panes of glass that is important to not show damage or separation. The outside flange of silicone is only a barrier and if it's chipped, not a problem.
