Silicone for Reef tank

Hi everyone
Going to be setting up a large 1 metre by 1 metre saltwater aquarium and need to silicone some glass together. Just want to know what kinda of silicones will leach chemicals into the water over a long period of time, or if all I have to do is let it cure first?
