Silicone or scratch

Hey I'm relatively new here. I had a 72 bowfront which sprung a leak and recently upgraded to a 180. After filling I noticed a line coming from one of my plastic covers. I think jts silicone but I'm not sure. Opinions?

Possibly just silicone. Use a credit card and see if you can remove it.

If it is silicone, cut it behind the plastic trim before pulling it all off.

Thanks for the replies, turned out to be silicone as I expected. I was a little hesitant to use a razor but I was able to cleanly remove it using one.
