Silicone seams peeling

Just noticed one of the seams of my 29G peeled about 1/2 of the surface contact to the glass pane. This peel gap runs most of the seem in various degrees - the biggest gap seems to be where my fingers are in this picture the runs about half of the full seams.

Should I be concerned? Can I resilicone this next time i do water change or will it only be cosmetic and not fix any potential integrity issues?

Should get a new tank? 29G won't be too hard to transfer.

I'm not sure on the extent of the damage but you can't silicone over silicone. A break down and reseal would have to be done.
