silly question - how fast do you mix your salt?

Just wondering how everyone else does it!

I hate mixing salt. It's so boring. I have a 44 gal Brute mixing bin with a Mag 9 mixing pump. I find if I'm too fast dumping in the salt I get precipitate. I use a 1 cup measuring cup. If I sprinkle in around 30 seconds per cup I get a lot of precipitate. If I slow it down to a minute or more it's much better. Just wondering what everyone else experience is.

I use a half cup scup bc my mix is 1/2 cup per gal. I just dump half cup at a time and seem to be ok. I use a 33gal can with a no name suction cup mount power head. I always heat the water to temp prior to adding salt as well. Ive noticed if water is cold itll percipitate out. Also idk if its just me. As i near the final scoops like 24th half cup and so on into 30 gals of water i have to wait a little in between each scoop. Otherwise water is super cloudy for a while but seems to clear up.

I have a 32 gal Brute with a cheap Koralia at the bottom, then the external pump moving water from bottom to top. I start filling it with RO and gradually add 1 cup at a time with the water moving. There is usually a pile of salt at the bottom when I'm done but it dissolves soon enough. I've stopped heating it - I don't find it makes much difference to tank temp when added cold.
