I currently use a 1g water jug as my ATO reservoir. I really need something more like 2g and I'd rather it be in the stand with my sump so I don't see it. Is there a good source for that? I looked the sponsors list and nothing jumped out at me, but I could be missing something. I saw Synergy Reef has them, but they're too big for the space I have. The perfect size is 4x19x14" (~4.5g).

Any pointers would be very much appreciated

An acrylic reservoir to hold Top-Off water near the sump. Limiting how much total water can be added to the reef in a single session protects your livestock from dangerous salinity swings.

8" x 12" x 20" holds 8-gallons. Access lid with hinges, drilled for 1/4" tubing. Made with 1/4" material.

Custom size requests - email me.

Thanks @143MPCo. I'll email him and see what a smaller one would cost. I just need that about half the width. Although paying much more than $20 for a glorified plastic bucket makes me cry a little on the inside.

I can relate, the top-off container I have on the 150 is nothing more than a 5-gallon bucket from Lowes... custom sizes are the issues, maybe check walmart for food grade plastic containers? they wouldn't look as nice but will work!

i use a cheap 5 gallon water bottle

for my reservoir for each of my small tanks but I use a 10 gallon custom acrylic for my 120g.

I don't care too much what it looks like, I'm just constrained by space and where I want to put it.

That US Plastic container is the kind of thing I'd like, but that dimensions won't fit and it doesn't look like they have one that is the right size.

I think that would work for you, almost looks like the spigot can be removed or just left alone?
You might be right. It is hard to tell from the picture if the spigot extends beyond the bottom and/or if it is removable.

I was about to buy it but see that shipping is $15 and pickup is $50. Pfft... I'll see if I can find it somewhere else.

I use the 2.5 gallon distilled container you get at the store for a couple of bucks.
