simple coral feeding question

So i try to feed my corals twice a week doing so I try to feed all heads on each coral my question is do the corals share the energy to all the heads? I believe the answer is yes because they are connected but I just want to make sure because I believe I am over feeding my tank. feeding OCD is a pain...

You are correct. Food taken in by one head should benefit the whole colony.
