Simple phytoplankton culture, that has been running for a couple weeks. Started just from a store bought bottle. I have my two led lights from my old ten gallon growing it. I'm only using one bottle connected to an air pump and it's making more than enough for me. The bottom picture is about how much I'm getting weekly after splitting the culture

Nice, I want to do the same. I just set up my C02 scrubber similarly.

Care to share what you are doing / did? I know there is detailed posts on it, but would be nice to know what you used for materials / method =D

Happy to say I'm getting more phyto than I even need. Sorry about not responding but I basically just poked a hole in a water bottle similar to the one above that I just got at school and hot glued in the hard air line tubing that's connected to the air pump. I also added smaller holes around it for air flow. I'm adding 1.25 ml of liquid miracle grow each time I split the culture, and I fill it with freshly made salt water with a salinity of 1.019

I'm still only using 1 bottle, so I get around half a bottle of really dark green phyto each week, which is more than enough for me.
