Simplicity dc120 skimmer has excellent service

My skimmer went down 10 days ago just before vacation. I called the company when I returned. I've owned the unit 15 months and took care of my issue without hassle. Very impressed, they sent a new power supply, controller and new pump.

I have a DC240 and love it. The one time I called the owner of the company answered the phone and helped me. I believe the unit is every bit the quality of units 2-3 times the cost and the customer service can’t be beat.

I'll definitely buy another one for my next tank. Your screen name caught my eye. I was at tropicorium in Michigan about 13 years ago they were selling a blue ringed octopus. They would only sell to those who had the antidote in case you were bit..lol
