Single black spot on orange shoulder tang

My orange shoulder tang has a single black spot on his shoulder. He is acting normal, eating like a champ, and not scratching. All other fish do not have any spots. Could it be a coral sting?

Could be from coral or Anemone. Clownfish often get similar spots from anemones and it’s called hypermelanization. Keep an eye on it.
