I have had my saltwater tank setup for just over a month, and had two clowns in it for just over 3 weeks, that are about 4 months old. Today I noticed on one clown a single white dot on its gil. Fish is behaving completely normal, still eating, not rubbing on rocks/etc. Is this cause for concern, do I need to start treating it? Any chance it just goes away on its own?

Revived the clowns from a local hatchery, it that matters.

Tried to get a picture but its impossible to capture.

without a pic hard to tell. Could be flukes or an injury or even ich (generally hard to tell on clowns). I would observe for a day or two if it moves or spreads then need to treat. You could also try a fw dip to rule out flukes.
