Single gsp colony not coming out

So I’ve had this colony for about 2 months now and it’s done this once before. The last time it did it I actually fragged it and made 3 smaller colonies... after I did that it came back in full effect. Now it’s doin it again... it’s been 4 days since they’ve come out. I do a 50% water change every 6-7 days.... the only thing I’vr done different is 2 water changes ago (10 days) I reeeeally kicked up the sand with a turkey baster to get the brown color (fish poop/algae?) out of the white sand... did that do something? Here’s pics..including my healthy colonies
