Standard 1 Hour DOA guarantee. If the coral arrives dead, pictures of the coral, in the original SEALED bag/cup/container must be provided within 1 hour of FIRST delivery attempt. If item is not accepted on first delivery attempt or if the bag/cup/container is opened then the DOA is void.
