Single large white spot on clownfish. Thoughts?

My clown has developed a somewhat large white lump on him. It's just one spot, on one fish. Everything in this tank has went through medicated quarantine prior to addition, anything that cant be medicated went into a 6 week fishless qt. I find it hard to believe this could be ich. Any ideas?

Looks too big for ich. Is the spot cottony, fibrous or cauliflower looking?

Is there any way you can get a better picture? Sounds like it may be lymphocytis. If so, there are steps that can be taken to remedy the situation in the DT.
