Single loose Zoa floating around. What should I do?

Not sure what happened. Just saw it floating around in a bit of a dead flow spot. Seems like I can grow a drag from it? Never attached one so i dunno!

A drop of gel super glue on a frag plug and set the foot of the Zoa gently on the drop.

Yep. Just super glue it to the rock in a slot with medium light. Couple of weeks later you should have two zoas, then 4, then 8 then the tank is covered.

Just try to be careful when you glue it down not to get some on the top part of the zoa, so it doesn’t glue it shut. I got a bit on the top of one zoa frag and it survived ok.

It’s going to be easier to take the frag out of the tank, glue the one zoa to a small piece of rock rubble, then put that in the tank and glue the rubble to wherever you want it. This way you can avoid dripping glue on the zoa.

I had my wife hold it and dabbed a drop of superglue and stuck it to a rock. Seems to be opening up. Thanks for the advice!
