Single MP40 On 40 Breeder Settings

If anyone is running a single MP40 on a 40 breeder? If so, would you share your settings and results, please?

I just switched, and I cannot seem to find that sweet spot.

I'm running one on a 57 which is basically a taller 40b, I have mine half power on lagoon. I like it but tomorrow I am picking up two Nero 3s to vary flow. The MP40 is the only powerhead I have and would like some alternating flow without dropping 400 on another MP40.
