Single polyp over extending/bulging

This single head looks like someone's eye bulging out of their socket. None of the other attached polyps or other zoas in the tank look like this. Not particularly worried, but if anyone knows what's going

Just one of those things that happens sometimes. I see it periodically in my zoa garden. I've noticed it in conjunction with target feeding sometimes, as if the zoa is inverting so it will collect no food.
