Single polyps

Hey guys in your opinion is buying single polyp frags worth it? Would they just take to long to become colonies?

It's worth it. As long as they aren't asking a crazy amount. I bought one polyp and withing two weeks I had two spawning. But yeah one will grow out

A single polyp can grow out.
Now the more polyps you obtain will have better results.
Like a 10 polyp frag may loose 3 due to any reason but the 7 will continue

We have gotten 1 polyp frags without issues yet lost a 4 polyp frag so it's always a chance with some polyps they melt easier than others. I got a hyper jubilee 1 polyp in June and have 15 now. They all grown differently.

Agreed. All depends on the polyp. I got a 3p bloodshot, never even opened. Melted in two weeks time. Replaced it with a one polyp frag, that opened in a couple hours and looking good.
