Single White spot on blue tang

Can someone help me identify what this white spot on my blue tang is? Is it ich?

Probably lympho. How long has it been there? Any other behavior changes?

Could be a couple things.

I would do a FW dip to rule out flukes first. (The spot on the eye looks like possibly flukes). I know you are referring to spot on Dorsal fin.

It’s first day having this, he was in copper qt for 4days and this is day 4 he’s been out. He used to have ich so I’m just hopping it’s not. Day one when he was out of qt he have a similar thing on his tail.

He still eats a lot both ocean nutrient pellet 2 and nori algea

Yes then I move to a bigger fish only tank for observation. Because he was swimming a bit strange and won’t eat in the QT.

The eye thing is just light focus by his eye
