Singular Anemone tentacle bruised?

Hi everyone, I have this green bubble tip anemone and it split into 3. I tried rearranging them as they were all lumped together on 1 rock very close to each other (it was quite squeezy). As I did so today, I noticed that one of the anemone's tentacles had this on it. I'm not sure if its a bruise or something else. Can someone identify what it is and tell me how i can treat it? yep in real life it's actually greener than in this picture. my camera just made it look whiter
 
I'm not entirely sure what to suggest. I have 3-4 green BTAs and I can't say that I've ever seen anything like this on the tentacles (all are doing their very best to remain inaccessible during the day - except to the clownfish).
