Hello, I am wondering if this adapter can fit on this sink (is it the right size) and connect to the rodi unit to make rodi water, and is it going to be enough pressure to make rodi water?

If it is the right thread pitch for the sink it should work fine

There shouldn’t be any difference in pressure wether you put it before or after the faucet

It looks like the same threading, I believe your faucet is 15/16 male threading which is very common for faucet aerators. Pick up some teflon tape if you don't have some already.

As for pressure, thats anybody's guess. I live in a condo that only has 35psi but my folks on the other side of town need to run pressure reducers because they're at 100psi coming into the house. I use a booster pump for my system, which you could still add between the faucet and the RO/DI if you find that you need more pressure. If your RO/DI system doesnt come with a pressure gauge inline, pick up something similar to this and test near the faucet so you can get a rough estimate on how much pressure you have.

Need to know aerator size. The most common male aerator size is 15/16....about the size of a nickel. The next common is 13/16....about the size of a dime. And of course there are a couple weird sized aerators as well.

So first off make sure that adaptor is for replacing the aerator, and not for a standard hose connection, which is typical on faucets for slop sinks.

As far as pressure, you'll need a pressure gauge to measure that. You'll want 70 plus pounds.
