I just need a little advice here. I got this little neon green sinularia about a week ago and it came glued to the frag plug. Well, it slipped off. I put it in a small crevice and then found him on the sand this morning. I read a lot of posts about keeping them in one place until they attached but couldn't bring myself to skewer a living creature with a toothpick so I went with the rubber band method. That was about 4 hours ago. He has flipped his "body" the opposite direction tion from which I placed him. I was wondering if the rubber band was too tight but now that he's flipped over where it crosses his body you can't really see it. I guess now my question is simply does he look ok. Does it look like I need to change, or fix, anything? Thanks in advance everyone.

I can't really tell how tightly the rubber band is in the pic but ideally, it should be Just tight enough to hooked it in place, not tight enough to squeeze it.

I purchased a sinularia attached to a plug with a rubber band, it came off 3 times. I tried the toothpick method, it came off. I put it in a small plastic container with rock rubble. In about a week and a half it attached to a small rock which I glued to where I wanted it on my rock scape. It is about 4 times the size. Just another option for you, good luck.
