Siphon Sanity Check

I'm moving my ATO outlet from the display tank to the sump and need a quick sanity check.

Somehow, siphon still seems like magic to me. Will the below setup avoid siphon? Please excuse the mess in the cabinet. This is a work in progress. The black hose is hard to see, so I traced its general route in red.

As long as the ATO line in the sump is out of the water and is higher than the level in the ATO reservoir you will not get a siphon. The red outlined above looks like it should be ok (assuming in the PVC it doesn't get to the sump water level).

All good, no possibility of a siphon with what you have described.
