Just bought a skunk cleaner shrimp I believe. As soon as he went in me six line thought it was a snack , should I be worried. Or will the shrimp handle his own ?

The fish is gonna check em out, see what this is all about. You should be fine. THe Shrimp will go hide for a bit, then everything should be ok.

You should be fine. Like stated above they are just checking it out. I could drop a piece of rock rubble into my tank and my fish will go after it thinking its food at first.

side note its glad to see other people keeping six lines everyone I always talk to say they are mean and have a lot of issues with them.. mine have always been peaceful.

same here, the only time I noticed mine being mean was when I introduced a clown to the tank, the six line chased the clown around for about 1 minute. now they are close friends.

I have a six line, and I would NOT recommend it. It's not that the fish is mean in general to other fish as he is not, but I now cannot add any other wrasse in there. The six line is cute and colorful and that's what made be buy it at first, but now I wish someone had told me not to. I would have preferred a McCosker wrasse, a Hoeven's wrasse, or a fairy wrasse. All those other wrasse are just as colorful as the 6 line, if not more so, and can coexist with one another!! I've tried to catch the 6 line, using nets, traps of all kinds....no dice. I'm stuck with the one and only wrasse I can keep in the 150 gallon.

I've kept a six line and a mystery in a 66 gallon long with no problems at the store.

My six line did chase my royal gramma around for the first couple days though.

I think the six line is the nicest wrasse out there, IMO of course.
