Six line wrasse is sick

What is going on my fish was so happy I got it about a week ago it was swimming seemed to love the tank all the sudden I wake up this morning it’s belly fully distended and butt is like fully blown up idk what is happening it’s breathing heavy and it’s eyes are blown up huge it’s Christmas morning and every store is closed I don’t know what to do someone please help

Now that I see white stringy substance, confirms internal issue/infection
Praziquentel may help (prazi Pro) and best accomplished in a quarantine tank setting. Alternative would be rubbermaid tub if tank not affordable but will still require some form of light, heater and filter but this looks accelarated and likely too late
