I bought a six line wrasse on Sunday and dripped him in my tank everything went good. Despite the numerous accounts of how aggressive six lines are mine isnt lol. Actually quite shy. He/she also seems to be not eating really. I feed pellets and flakes. All fish are eating tangs and clownfish. But the six line doesn't really eat maybe a flake or two. The problem is all my fish come to the top to eat pellets and arent shy. But the six line is shy when I come around and hides. Any suggestions or is this okay? Never had this issue or a wrasse.

give it time. try frozen food. just because it's shy now doesn't mean it won't terrorize the tank in the future. mine is the smallest fish in the tank and was added last. six months and no problems yet. a large tank and lots of rock is best.

I wait for mine to come out while the others are in the back of rockwork and feed him them

Sixlines usually aren't too picky when it comes to food, they just have to learn to recognize pellets and flakes as food.

Sixlines generally don't start out terribly aggressive. It is only once they view the tank as "theirs" that they become jerks.
