I've had this little guy in QT for almost 90 days. Have treated 30 days of Copper Power w/Hanna checker; 2 rounds of GC; and 2 rounds of Furan 2. He has always had an appetite and acted normal - no indication of any parasites, worms, flukes, ect. The only thing that he can't get rid of are these white specs/spots around his head area. He has been in QT with a very young bi-color angel...they seem to get along, but the bi-color can be a little aggressive at times, but nothing crazy....just a bunch of posturing (lol)!!

I just started another round of Furan2 and a dose of GC.

Could the spots be from getting into it with the bi-color?

My DT has been FALLOW since Jan 31, 2020. So I am almost ready to introduce my fish..plan is to slowly add everyone back this Sunday, May 24. I just don't want to add him if he is still having this issue.

Plan will be to remove the bi-color to my DT and let the six line hang a little longer by himself to see if he heals up. Any other medications that my help him heal during this time? Thanks everyone!!

Do the spots ever "drop off" or reposition on the fish? If not, maybe scars...
Use egg crate to make a partition in the QT.
All fishes in the QT must be considered "not ready"; if that is Ich, read the Ich article here on R2R that has info from Humblefish -- best info.

Once mature they pick on every fish in the tank.
I have several tanks with six line wrass in them they are semi aggressive. No more than a tang or any other reef fish. Nothing to worry about if you have tank space.
